Nobody has opened one on X. Opening a curve is permissionless and takes one transaction. The first key costs nothing on the curve and goes to whoever opens it. @twitch’s 3% starts accruing on the trade after that.

Opening a curve is not an endorsement and does not claim to represent this account. Anyone who does control it can claim the escrowed fees, or ask for the curve to be taken down.
